Dear users and partners, In the situation of global health crisis caused by spread of COVID-19, and in accordance with the measures of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, recommendations of the World Health Organization and professional Health Services, we would like to inform you that MDS is taking all preventive measures and activities so as to ensure uninterrupted business and availability of our services to the customers, with maximum concern for health and protection of our employees.
To support collective responsibility for preventing virus transmission, we have taken the following precautions:
In accordance with the measures of the Government of the Republic of Serbia regarding limitation of movement, we have initiated the process of providing licenses for work in night shifts and outside the allowed scope of permitted movement for our employees, so as to carry on with the activities and service interventions which, by the nature of the work and users’ needs, require night work. Having in mind the unpredictable nature of the current circumstances, we will adapt our activities and comply with the new circumstances, recommendations and decisions adopted by the competent state authorities.
At this moment there is no need for changing the standard communication channels and expected levels of services for our customers and partners. The exception are the users with international business operations, as we are unable to provide services in the territories of other countries, where such services are scheduled, as long as it is forbidden to enter these countries.
MDS will, as a responsible company, continue to make efforts and invest necessary resources to ensure uninterrupted delivery of services at the highest level.
