ZOOM CallREC is the entire solution for recording of the calls/conversations in the IP Telephony. It is software-based in full and is specially designed to support the recording in the Cisco IP Telephony environment.

The very product is installed onto a separate hardware platform (or on two platforms in case of a need for redundancy), and is connected to corresponding segment of the local LAN network of the National Bank of Serbia, located in the new business building in Slavija square.
After required installation and configuration of the very CallREC solution as well as the equipment within the network, the use, control, administering and maintenance of the System are very easy for the administrator of this System.
We also offer, as an option, the redundant solution, which secures high reliability of the System, and the automatic and smooth continuation of the System operation with its entire functionality.
