Basic stipulation for the use of MDS – TAC service is entering into the contract on rendering technical support. Based on entered contract, you shall receive your User’s Name and Password in order to be able, on your own, to open the Case Box by which you will specify and announce your concrete problem. Then, our engineers, professionally qualified in specialized Training Centers of our foreign partners shall enter into contact with you and will work on finding relevant solution. For efficient resolving of any problem, we dispose of direct contact with Technical Support Centers of the producers of equipment.
MDS also renders the services in servicing of printers out of Genicom (TallyGenicom) Company program. Maintenance is performed by professional and certified personnel.
